Void Step Image
Prerequisite: Requires class Warlock

A creature with void step can use an action on their turn to step into the void, expending 5 feet of movement. While in the void the creature’s body turns into ash of the void and the creature can remain there as long as they desire. When entering the void you may bring another creature with you willingly, or if you are grappling a creature or are grappled by it you may bring it into the void unwillingly. A creature you bring into the void will take 1d4+Charisma modifier necrotic damage at the start of each turn and at the end of each turn can make a wisdom saving throw, DC equal to your spellcasting DC, returning to the material plane on a success. While in the void you can move in the material plane up to your movement speed without encountering the obstacles of the physical world. If you reenter the material plane in the space of another creature or object you will be shunted to the nearest unoccupied space. It is a free action to reappear in the material plane. Upon reappearing your next attack will have advantage and on a hit will deal an additional 1d6 necrotic damage.
