Cantrip Practitioner

You have a knack for memorizing simple spells and can learn cantrips from any class so long as you take the time to memorize it with someone who already has it memorized or learn it from a scroll or spellbook. Memorization takes 8 hours base, reduced by half an hour per point of your intelligence modifier, and by half the intelligence modifier of the person you're learning from, to a minimum of 30 minutes.
