The Mountain

Your frame and bone density supports more muscle and an unbelievable increase in strength and ability to take a hit. Your early years were spent showcasing your strength in front of the local elders at events and gatherings.

-You have +1 to Strength and a +1 to Constitution.
-You have Advantage on Strength Checks and Strength Saving Throws.
-Gain 2 extra health per level.

Bane of Giants

You are a substantially larger target. Your enemies find their attacks landing more frequently. You also find it hard to move your entire body from widespread attacks. Your increased size gives you fewer places to find shelter and your mass sets upon the earth much harder.
-Your AC is -1 due to your size.
-Your Dex Saves are -2.
-Your stealth checks are -4.

Large in Body

These are the perks of being big, even by Goliath standards.
-Your speed increases to 40ft.
-You gain an extra 5ft of reach.

Everything comes at a cost.
-You are a 10x10 character. Many areas that a medium creature can walk through require you to crouch and squeeze. Crouching lowers your speed to 25ft.
-Your food and water intake is x4 compared to medium creatures.

Crafted for Your Stature

Medium weapons and armor are too small, but large weapons and armor are typically designed for monstrous creatures and not well balanced for a humanoid. Your ability to use weapons changes in the following ways:
-Versatile weapons can be used with one hand gaining the Versatile bonus. Weapons without a Versatile bonus can be used at a Disadvantage.
-Two-Handed Weapons must still be two handed, but gain a 1+d4 to Damage Rolls.

Crafted for Your Stature has the following rules:
-Weapons and armor crafted for someone of your size tend to cost quite a bit more. You will almost never find one hanging on the racks of a blacksmith. The odds of finding a blacksmith with the skill and resources to help you is also unlikely except in large settlements.
-One-handed weapons add 1d4.
Ex: Warhammer - 1d8 becomes 1d8+1d4. Versatile makes it 1d10+1d4.
-Two-handed weapons add 1d6+2
Ex: Maul - 2d6 becomes 3d6+2.
-Weapons and armor crafted for your character cost twice as much.
