When you make a spell attack and miss, you may use your reaction to force the creature you missed to make a wisdom saving throw versus your spell save DC.  On a failed save the missed creature sees and feels itself being struck by the attack, you roll damage as if you had hit with the attack, but the damage type is changed to psychic.

 You may use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.  You regain all uses after a long rest.
