You have a total number of Luck points equal to your maximum number of Ki points, that are restored upon a long rest. In order to spend your particular brand of Luck you must, as a reaction, consume a swig of whatever strong liquor is kept on your person. (This may be done on your turn.)
Through meditation or a state of constant drunkenness one may gain inner power, and as a result you have discovered you may imbibe alcohol to bolster the energy of your Ki. You may spend any number of Luck points to refund Ki points, and vice versa, as long as Iron Stomach, Shrunken Liver saves are resolved per point refunded in this way.
Iron Stomach, Shrunken Liver: Each additional swig (Luck spent) after the first per long rest carries the chance to incur a level of exhaustion as a result of intoxication (DC 11 CON save).
A long rest is required to sleep off the effects and recover from exhaustion. At three levels of this inebriation the drunken master falls unconscious and may choose to make a Flail attack. You remain in this state until an Ally uses an Action to rouse you.
Flail: Before passing out unconscious from alcohol, the drunken master may choose to spend their reaction to perform a critical melee attack on a randomly chosen creature. This creature does not need to be adjacent to the player, but the player must have enough speed to reach the creature. (Consult DM on how to resolve)
Using any magic that removes the poisoning condition or dropping to 0 hit points ends the effects of drunkenness, hangover, and rouses the user from alcoholic slumber.
