As an artificer affected with the magic of Christmas, you have the ability to transform certain inanimate objects into actual items. In some cases, they can be brought to life if the item depicts a creature or construct. Make an Arcana check or use Detect Magic to see if an item can be brought to life. If so, place your hand upon the item to wake it up.
Weapons and Armor: Toys can be turned into Items from D&D Item list.
Creatures: Toys can be brought to life in the forms of familiars and servants.
Persons: Some Toys, Mannequins and Statues can be brought to life as sentient creatures.
A creature or person imbued with life is not automatically loyal to you and may need to be convinced to fight along side you. If it's hit points reach zero, or the magic is dispelled, the creature or item returns to it's original form.
