You must be 5th level with the pact of the chain to take this invocation. You and your familiar share a combined health pool. If either creatures max hp changes from a polymorph effect, the pool becomes that the hp total of that creature. Single target healing and damage is applied normally to the pool. Any multi-target healing or max health increase only applies once, temporary hp is still separate. Multi-target damage applies twice and effects based on hit dice or health remaining use the total. In addition, if your familiar is within 30 ft., you can you use your bonus action to swap places with your familiar.
