You gain proficiency with the Insight skill. If you have proficiency already, you gain Expertise.
Once per day, if a successful Insight roll you make is 15 or higher, you can determine one of the following aspects from the target of your Insight check:
- You know their greatest fear.
- You know their greatest desire.
- You can determine the complete truth behind what they are saying.
- You can determine the complete lie behind what they are saying.
