Behold! The Call of War has begun!
Using the every ounce of talent and skill they have, this bard calls upon otherworldly powers to play what their allies would call a blessing, and their enemies, a call to violence...
Power comes at a cost, and thus Bards must use only in the most dire circumstances...
Once per long rest a bard channels a power buff giving +3 to all attacks (physical and magical)and saving throws to allies within 100ft for 5 minutes. During this duration the Bard cannot attack but is able to use their movement and reactions to avoid being struck. At the end of the duration or if the Bard is restrained or reduced to 0 HP, they are incapacitated for 1 round and takes 2 lvls of exhaustion.
Creatures that are friendly with an INT of 2 or less are sent into a frenzy, making all their attacks reckless.
