Prerequisite: Requires being a Dragonborn Ranger
Dragon Piercer can only be used by Dragonborn rangers. When using Dragon Piercer, takes an action to charge up the shot and a bonus action to fire the shot. Firing the shot has a recoil of 5 feet. The target must succeed in a Constitution saving throw (DC16) or take 12 D4 piercing of damage. On a success this deals 6 D4 piercing damage. When using Dragon Piercer against any dragon or reptilian beast, deals double damage. Can only be used once every long rest.
