Prerequisite: You must be a NPC or have a contract with the dm where he or she gives you permission. And the dm can break that contract at any time
You gain the powers of the DM, and this NPC or player character becomes your new avatar. With the DM Power you gain control over all NPC and the powers too create new NPC, but they must not have a higher level or challenger rating than you.
