Boon of Bahamut

You have been blessed by Bahamut and have received a portion of His power. You gain the following:

• You may increase an ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 20
• You gain a pair of draconic wings that grant you a flying speed of 30 feet
• You learn the Ray of Frost cantrip
• You learn the Absorb Elements spell and can cast it once per short rest without components and without expending a spell slot
• When you receive this boon you learn how to speak, read, and write Draconic and Celestial.
• Whenever you speak to a dragon you make all persuasion checks with advantage, so long as the subject of discussion does not go against the dragon's moral code.

Spells gained this way are always prepared, do not count against your total spells known or prepared, and use your Charisma modifier for all pertinent rolls.

This is a Boon, not a feat. This boon must be granted by the Platinum Dragon, Bahamut.
