Skill? Luck? Nobody knows exactly why, but you are able to change and shape conversations like no other.
While interacting with a creature you have met before, you may use an action and speak the phrase "Oh hi" followed by the creature's name if known. This creature must be within 60 feet of you, be visible to you, and also share a language with you. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC equal to your 10 + your charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus. On a failed save the creature becomes charmed by you for two minutes. When this effect ends the creature does not know that they have been charmed. On a successful save the creature becomes aware that you have attempted to charm it in this way. You may use this feature up to twice per long rest.
I... wow... yes!
"I DON'T RESIST BEING CHARMED!"
Lisa, you're tearing me apaaaart!!!!
The creator of this homebrew is now my spirit animal.
Lisa. It's Lisa, you poser! She's so sexy in her red dress.
It was an auto correction. I fixed it for you. :)
This is the feat equivalent of "I heard a rumor" and I love it.
A bit strong really, they added the effect of knowing you were charmed to it to prevent abuse in games. Which this feat bypasses, suggested fix to remove the does not now they were charmed to if the save is failed by a certain amount or just remove it all together.
I am loving the reference!! lol "I didn't do it, Lisa, I didn't. I did noooot. Oh, hi Mark."
