Prerequisite: The ability to cast at least one spell
When you gain this feat, you gain the following benefits:
- Spells you cast ignore resistance to Cold damage.
- In addition, your spells treat immunity to Cold damage as if it were resistance. This resistance is not negated by the previous feature.
- When you roll damage for a spell you cast that deals Cold damage, you can reroll a single 1.
