Prerequisite: Requires the ability to cast spells
- Increase your Con by 1, up to a maximum of 20
- As a bonus action you may spend hit dice to recover spent spell slots up to half of the dice spent rounded up. Spell slots must be of a level you can cast and you take 1 point of damage for each level of spell slot recovered in this way.
