Dual-Core Processor

You split your focus in two, which allows you to concentrate simultaneously on two spells. While concentrating on two spells you suffer the following effects.

• You have disadvantage on Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration on your spells.
• Your speed is halved.
• You take a −2 penalty to AC and Dexterity saving throws.
• You can't use reactions.
• On your turn, you can use either an action or a bonus action, not both.
• Regardless of the your abilities or magic items, you can't make more than one melee or ranged attack during your turn.

(Whenever you would make a concentration check for a spell you make one for every spell you are concentrating on. Additionally if your concentration is broken by an ability like the Elder Brain's "Break Concentration" it affects both of your spells.)
