You have access to the vast archive of arcane and divine knowledge kept within the halls of bastion hall. Characters with access to the spellcasting ability can use down time to learn any spell that can be found within the library, aslong as the caster has the ability to cast said spell. This includes spells from spell lists that would usually be accessible by other casters. This access lasts so long as the users are in good standing with bastion hall and of course the library still stands.
