You are capable of wielding a weapon in either hand; a rapier in one, a crossbow in the other, two daggers in both hands, or a guitar and a drumstick are all viable options for dual wielders such as yourself. You're proficient in both hands with your weapons, and you can do multiple actions at the same time while dual wielding.
