The Bloodied condition is a 3.5e trait. When you are reduced to half you maximum hit points you are considered "Bloodied". Depending on your class your Bloodied Feat will do something different.
3/Day for 1 minute or until your hp is dropped to zero or above half of your total hp.
Artificer:
Whenever your "Infused Items" you can choose to roll an attack roll, saving throw, or skill check at advantage once each turn.
Barbarian:
Once per turn you may taunt a creature you can see within range. (WIS DC 6 + Proficiency bonus) while taunted the creature must make one attack roll at you next turn.
Bard:
Your inspiration is rolled at advantage.
Cleric:
Once per turn your next healing spell or ability does an additional die of healing.
Druid:
Once per turn when you connect on a spell, melee, or ranged attack the targets movement speed is halved until the end of it's next turn.
Fighter:
Once per turn you can use your reaction to force disadvantage on the next attack targeting you or an adjacent ally.
Monk:
Once per turn you may use your reaction move a number of feet equal to 5 times your proficiency bonus.
Paladin:
Once per turn you can use your reaction to choose to frighten a creature that has hit you or an ally you see this round. (WIS DC 6 + your proficiency modifier) While frightened the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls targeting the creature it had hit last until the end of it's next turn.
Ranger:
Once per turn if you or an ally within sight has been hit this turn you may use your reaction to choose it to be your favored enemy until the end of your next turn.
Rogue:
Once per turn you can use your reaction to make a melee attack against one creature that does not see you. (This does not use sneak attack)
Sorcerer:
Once per turn you may use your reaction to absorb one fourth of the damage take from an attack and heal equal to the damage absorbed.
Warlock:
Once per turn when a creature hits you or an ally you can see you can use your reaction to have a tentacle make a melee attack. (DEX DC 6 + Proficiency Bonus; 1d4 necrotic damage)
Wizard:
Once per turn you can use your reaction to cast a cantrip when a creature becomes adjacent to you or an ally you can see.
