Basic Karate

You’ve learned the basics of boxing. You gain the following benefits:

• You have +1 on attack rolls against a creature you are attacking with an unarmed strike.
• You can use your bonus action to enter the White Crane Stance. You have +2 on all Constitution checks. If you attack with an unarmed strike while in the White Crane Stance, you deal an extra 1d6 force damage, and you leave the White Crane Stance. If you are attacked while in the White Crane Stance, you leave the White Crane Stance.
