Minor Benefits:

1. While attuned to the artifact, you can use an action to cast Bestow Curse from it. After you cast the spell, roll a d6. On a roll of 1-5, you can't cast it again until the next dawn.

2. While attuned to the artifact, you gain proficiency in deception.

Major Benefit: While attuned to the artifact, you can use an action to cast Planar Ally from it. After you cast the spell, roll a d6. On a roll of 1-5, you can't cast it again until the next dawn.

Minor Detriment: While attuned to this artifact, your weight drops by 1d4 X 5 pounds.
