Card Sharp

You have practiced tricks with your card sets until your control is precise and your guiding motions are nearly imperceptible. You gain the following benefits:

• You gain proficiency in either playing cards or Three Dragon Ante. If you already have proficiency in both, choose another gaming set.

• You gain proficiency in either Sleight of Hand or Deception. If you already have the chosen skill, your proficiency bonus is instead doubled for it.

• When casting a spell with somatic components, you may attempt to hide the motions with a Sleight of Hand (Dexterity) check where the DC is the passive perception of those in view + the level of the spell being attempted. On a failure, the casting attempt is noticed.
