You Skill with a Your weapon allows you to counter even magic itself, For the Mastery of weapons is equal to the Mastery of magic.
Whenever a spell is cast with you as one of the targets, you can use your reaction to try to Parry the spell. If the spell is single target, you roll an attack roll of your melee weapon vs the Spell dc+5. If the spell is AOE like a Fireball, the dc you need to beat is Spell dc+10 to parry it.
You may try also to redirect it to a desired location, which would be more difficult. for single target spell dc +10, for AOE spell dc+15.
If you have a Shield, you Reduce the dc needed to succeed by the shields armor value (avg. 2)
It is up to the GM if a spell can be reflected or Parried and what happens to the spell.
