Strength Athlete. Due to your training you gain expertise in Athletics, advantage in Strength saving throws, and proficiency in Performance if you don’t already have it.
Eat big, Get big. You are a vessel for work and you need fuel to burn to keep up your enormous strength. You now require 2x more food to survive (1lb of food for a normal person, you require 2lbs of food., Etc). When you eat a meal you gain 1d4+CON of temporary hit points for 24 hours.
