Your wings can be manifested at will twice per long rest no time limit (flying speed 40ft). You may use Necrotic Shroud, Radiant Soul, or Radiant Consumption once per short rest instead of long rest. As you have been blessed with celestial like wings. With this ability you are able to produce blade-like wings. You roll a 1d8 for the number of blades produced, 1d4+CHA modifier for damage, 60 ft range, once per long rest. While using the blades, if you are on the ground, you may not fly, if you are in the air, your height decreases 10 ft for every feather used.
