Fae Bargain

One enemy's tooth is required to cast this action. The tooth is destroyed upon use. If this action is not used at least once per day, one of the saved teeth is destroyed. The user can loot up to 3 teeth per day from any dead creature with teeth, not to exceed the maximum uses of the spell at the current level.

The user selects any target they can see within range. This includes invisible creatures under the effect of Faerie Fire. If the chosen target cannot hear the user speak, cannot understand what the user is saying, or has an Intelligence lower than 4, the spell automatically fails.

The chosen target makes a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the user picks one of the following effects. When the chosen effect expires, the target is aware they have been tricked and may turn hostile. This ability may be used 3 times per long rest at level 1, 4 times per long rest at level 5, 5 times per long rest at level 10, 6 times per long rest at level 15, and 7 times per long rest at level 20.

“Can I have your attention?”

If in combat, the target is forced to attack the user. Outside of combat, the target is unable to take their eyes off of the user. The effect lasts for 1 minute. Any attack on the target by the user or the party will end the effect.

"Can I have your name?"

The target is Charmed for the duration. When the effect expires, the target is aware they have been Charmed and turns hostile. The effect lasts for 1 minute. Any attack on the target by the user or the party will end the effect.

 "Can I have a word?"

The target is unable to cast a spell of the user's choice for the duration. If the chosen spell does not have a Verbal component, the effect fails. The effect lasts for 1 minute.

"Can you give me a hand?"

In combat, the target makes attack rolls with disadvantage for the duration. Outside of combat, the target cannot move their dominant hand for the duration. The effect lasts for 1 minute.

"Could I have a moment of your time?" or "Would you give me a minute?"

The target is incapacitated for the duration. The effect lasts for 1 minute. If cast within the Feywild, the user chooses the duration: 1 minute, 1 hour, or 1 day.

"Will you lend me your ear?"

The target is deafened for the duration. The effect lasts for 1 minute.
