Arcane Prodigy

This feat is created by Nedrapter for use in his Land of Arda campaigns, and are balanced to the hardcore nature of them. 

• Whenever you roll damage for a spell, you can reroll a number of damage die equal to your spellcasting modifier. You must keep the new results.
• Whenever you learn a new spell, roll a d20. On a 20 you can learn an additional spell that meets the same requirements as the spell that triggered the roll.
