Attuned to Earth

This feat is created by Nedrapter for use in his Land of Arda campaigns, and are balanced to the hardcore nature of them. 

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20
• You gain Tremorsense out to a range of 60 feet
• Walls have ears. Using your action, you touch your ear to an adjacent wall. You feel the vibrations of each creature talking in a 150 foot radius, provided they are within 10 feet of a wall. The walls must have a physical path connecting them. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per long rest.
