Big Spender

This feat is created by Nedrapter for use in his Land of Arda campaigns, and are balanced to the hardcore nature of them. 

• You gain proficiency in Insight, Persuasion, and History.
• Whenever you spend a certain amount of gold within a settlement, you gain the following benefits:
  • 1,000+ gold. The trader starts to remember you, is willing to share beneficial (but not secret) information, and recommend you to other traders or reserve products or services for you.
  • 5,000+ gold. Your name starts to become known amongst the traders in that settlement. You start getting discounts or custom orders.
  • 10,000+ gold. You have become a known wealthy individual. People are eager to be on your good side, and are more keen on doing favors for you. Your opinion on social or economical matter is weighed heavily (unless you have a bad reputation for other reasons).
  • 25,000+ gold. Traders will consider loaning gold to you and it's quite easy for you to purchase valuable real estate in the settlement. People are more than happy to work for you or be employed by you.
  • 100,000+ gold. If there is an opportunity for new leadership in the settlement, you are the most favorable candidate for every trader and simple citizen.
