Toxic

This feat is created by Nedrapter for use in his Land of Arda campaigns, and are balanced to the hardcore nature of them. 

• Your natural way with words leaves everyone irritated. Creatures within 10 feet of you suffer a -3 penalty to attack rolls as long as their Intelligence is higher than 3 and they can understand you. 
• Your level of annoyance has become a taunting mechanism. Whenever an ally within 30 feet of you is targeted by a ranged attack or spell, you can use your reaction to swap the targeting to yourself. If it is a spell within an area of effect, you become its center. The attack must be able to see you and hear you, and the attack or spell's limitations still apply.
