This feat is created by Nedrapter for use in his Land of Arda campaigns, and are balanced to the hardcore nature of them. 

• Increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Once per day, you can use Divine Smite as if expending a 2nd level spell slot, at the cost of no spell slots of your own (regardless of whether you are a Paladin or not).
• As a bonus action, you can regain hit points equal to your Intelligence (Religion) bonus five times per long rest.
