Trident Expert

With extensive practice you have mastered the art of trident combat, granting you the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength or Dexterity by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls made with a trident, if you are wielding it in two hands.
• The damage die for your melee attacks made with a trident is a d8, whether or not you wield it with two hands.
• When you hit a creature with a melee attack made with a trident, you can grapple the target with your trident. While you have a creature grappled in this way, you can't make attacks using the trident you grappled the creature with, until you release the creature.
