(Prerequisite - Minimum of character level 4)

Studying lore of ancient monks allows you to connect with the earth in ways you never thought possible. And your connection has given you access to elemental power. Giving you the following benefits. 

Increase your Armor Class by 1. 

Choose 1 element that connects you to the earth:

- Air - You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. If a creature hits you with a melee attack they take thunder damage equal to 1d10+your proficiency modifier. In addition, add 1d6 thunder damage to your melee attacks. 

- Water - You gain a swim speed equal to your walking speed. If a creature hits you with a melee attack they take cold damage equal to 1d10+your proficiency modifier. In addition, add 1d6 cold damage to your melee attacks. 

- Fire - You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. If a creature hits you with a melee attack they take fire damage equal to 1d10+your proficiency modifier. In addition, add 1d6 fire damage to your melee attacks. 

- Earth - You gain a burrowing speed equal to your walking speed. If a creature hits you with a melee attack they take force damage equal to 1d10+your proficiency modifier. In addition, add 1d6 force damage to your melee attacks.
