• Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Your size becomes Large, and you have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
• Your unarmed strikes now deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d8 + your Strength modifier.
