Chosen of the Tempest

Through your connection to Jaroanzios, The Tempest King, you have been granted the ability to take flight.  Two spectral wings appear from your back and you gain a flight speed equal to your walking speed.  You can't use this flying speed while wearing heavy or medium armour.
