Requirements for any A Vile Lord of Vermin
- Lawful Evil or Neutral Evil alignment
- Secluded from other humanoids for majority of life
- Scittering about, sly, and sneaky way of living/surviving
- Friend of vermin
- Intelligently evil
- Servicable criminal or master mind
Vermin Servant
A vermin lord gains a servant in the form of a vermin with 1 HP, and is treated as a framiliar. However, this entity could be supernatural and have any abilities the DM may present and is not under the normal conditions of the familiar spell. The creature is considered a 'magical beast' unless a better description is provided by spell to discern it's origin. The creature speaks "Vermin" and is heard by squeek, slither, or insect rubbing/clicking sounds.
The Vermin Servants may do 1 Vile Damage per day, in the form of a bite, or pierce/pinch. (Increases with Lord Feature II)
Vile Damage
When a creature is dealt Vile Damage the first time, the bite goes by mostly unnoticed. But if they take damage of any other kind, they must immediately make a CON save. If they fail, they incur effects of 1 level of exhaustion. Once a creature is dealt, and failed 6 such vile infections in total they die and are unrecoverable by means of spells such as Revivify as their soul is corrupted from the inside out by the pull of pure evil; a vile void is opened inside of them like a vicious infection. Directly to the soul, an infect which quickly invades and effectively begins to eat away at the soul of the target.
If a target dies by such an vile means, it is because ones soul is wholely been consumed by the evil consuption described; having no soul to return to a physical body at all.

FRIEND OF VERMIN
The character would need to interact and choose to aid a vermin creature. Since then, the Vermin may decide to select the character and protect and prey it; observing their trails and fate lines. This character may gain resistance to poison in the process. Eventually, the character would become slowly immune to both poison and vile damage types should they be successful in the masterful plans of the Elder Vermin King. The framiliar vermin may provide the means of Vermin Speach should they become his chosen host...
