Prerequisite: Requires a Charisma of 13 and you to be at least 6th level
You have developed traits similar to that of a harpy, granting you the following benefits:
- Increase your Dexterity or Charisma by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- As a bonus action, you can sprout wings which last for 1 minute. While you have these wings you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can’t manifest your wings while wearing armor unless the armor is made to accommodate them, and clothing not made to accommodate your wings might be destroyed when you manifest them. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
- As an action, you can start singing a magical melody. Each creature within 300 feet of you that can hear the song must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be charmed until the song ends. You can use your bonus action on your subsequent turns to continue singing. You can stop singing at any time. The song ends if you are incapacitated.
While charmed by you, in this way, a target is incapacitated. If the charmed target is more than 5 feet away from you, the target must move on its turn toward you by the most direct route. It doesn’t avoid opportunity attacks, but before moving into damaging terrain, such as lava or a pit, and whenever it takes damage, a target can repeat the saving throw. A creature can also repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If a creature’s saving throw is successful, the effect ends on it. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
