Dragonborn can learn this advanced utilization of their breath attack by eating an extremely spicy food in the streets of Port City Satsun.
On top of the regular utilization of the breath attack, you now have two extra options, a 10-foot cone with a +2 to the save, or a 25-foot focused (straight line) version with no proficiency bonus modifier.
