You have developed traits similar to those possessed by a cyclops, granting you the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain fluency in Giant.
• When you finish a long rest, you can choose to give yourself disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight and on attack rolls made against a target more than 15 feet away, for 24 hours. In exchange, your Strength score is increased by 4, to a maximum of 24, until you finish your next long rest.
