Alignment tendency (True Neutral)

You gain 2 neutral points that you can use at will to add or subtract good and evil points with. However only if the number added or subtracted makes your points closer to zero. These neutral points are restored every day at dawn so long as you are at 0 alignment points

While you are at 0 alignment points you are permanently under the effect of the bless or bane spell and can choose to add or subtract a d4 from any attack roll or saving throw You make

While at 0 alignment you can as a reaction spend a unused neutral point to reroll any dice roll one time 

While at 0 alignment points you can as a action spend 2 neutral points to make any one creature in your field of view regard you as a neutral person who is neither hostile nor friendly to them regardless of the current situation when activated. This effect lasts for one minute or untill you or others antagonize them to believe otherwise or attack the creature there is no saving throw and they will neither help nor hinder you during this time however this will not change there views on any other creatures you may be with.
