Curse of Hunger. After a long rest, if you have not quenched your hunger since your last long rest make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save you stave off your hunger. On a failed save you acquire 1 point of hunger.

Hunger Points

  1. Disadvantage on ability checks.
  2. Disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws.
  3. Speed is halved.
  4. Hit Point maximum is halved.
  5. Your fangs grow to twice their normal size and deal an additional 2d6 piercing damage. You attack the nearest target and attempt to bite them.

Quenching Hunger. Drinking 1 pint of fresh humanoid blood quenches your hunger and removes 1 hunger point. Drinking stale or preserved blood is not as effective, and requires 2 pints to quench your thirst and remove 1 hunger point.
