Talented at using opposing creatures to defend yourself, you gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You can spend a bonus action to move a creature you're currently grappling to another space within 5 feet of you.
- You have half cover from attacks passing through the grappled creatures space. If an attack misses you while you have this cover, the creature you're grappling takes half the damage of the attack.
