Prerequisite: 8th level or higher and Wisdom 13 or higher

You have developed traits similar to those of a wood woad, granting you the following benefits:

Ability Score Improvement. Increase your Strength or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Wood Woad's Nature. When you finish a long rest, you can choose to give yourself vulnerability to fire damage for 24 hours. In exchange, you gain one of the following benefits while you have vulnerability to fire damage:
Regeneration. At the start of each of your turns, you can spend one Hit Die to heal yourself if you are in contact with the ground. Roll the die three times, and regain a number of hit points equal to the highest of the three rolls. If you take fire damage, you can't use this feature at the start of your next turn.
Resilience. You gain resistance to bludgeoning and piercing damage.

Plant Camouflage. You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks you make in any terrain with ample obscuring plant life.

Magic Club. When you hit a creature with a club or quarterstaff, you can deal an extra 1d4 bludgeoning damage to the target, which can take this extra damage only once per turn. This extra damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 11th level (2d4) and 17th level (3d4).

Tree Stride. Once per turn, you can use your bonus action and 10 feet of your movement to step magically into one living tree within 5 feet of you and emerge from a second living tree within 60 feet of you that you can see, appearing in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the second tree. Both trees must be Large or bigger.
