You have developed traits similar to those of a Balhannoth, granting you the following benefits:
Ability Score Improvement. Increase your Strength or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Balhannoth's Eyes. You gain blindsight out to a range of 30 feet. As a bonus action, you can give yourself blindsight out to a range of 500 feet for 1 minute, however you are blind beyond this radius.
Balhannoth's Tactics. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can cause the creature to become grappled by you.
Conceal. As an bonus action, you can force a creature you can see within 500 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier). On a failed save, you become invisible to the creature for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw when you hit it with an attack while within 30 feet of it and at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Vanish. When a hostile creature ends its turn while within 60 feet of you, you can use your reaction to become invisible for 1 minute or until you cast a spell or make an attack. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Teleport. As an action, you can teleport, along with anything you are wearing or carrying and any creature you have grappled, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.
Alternatively, you can use your action to teleport a creature you can see within 150 feet of you to an unoccupied space within 60 feet of it. An unwilling creature can make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier) to prevent you from teleporting them.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
