You’ve manifested some of the power of a boneclaw, granting you the following benefits:
Ability Score Improvement. Increase your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Shadow Form. When you start your turn in dim light or darkness, you undergo a transformation which lasts until you enter an area of bright light. When you transform, your arms grow, becoming long and spindly, as do your fingers which also grow similarly long sharp claws. While transformed in this way, the following changes apply:
- Your reach increases by 5 feet.
- You have disadvantage on attack rolls made with a weapon.
- You have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks, but you have disadvantage on all other Charisma checks and on Wisdom (Animal Handling) checks.
- While grappling, you are considered to be Large.
- Creatures provoke an opportunity attack from you when entering your reach.
- When you hit a creature that is in dim light or darkness with an opportunity attack, you can make one unarmed strike against the creature as part of the same reaction. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until the start of your next turn.
- You gain claws that you can use to make unarmed strikes. You use your Strength modifier for attack and damage rolls made with them. When you hit with them, they deal 1d10 piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, you can pull it up to 10 feet closer to you and the creature becomes grappled by you (escape DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier). You have two clawed hands. While one of these hands grapples a target, you can only use that hand to attack that target.
- You can take the Hide action as a bonus action.
- You gain the Shadow Jump action.
Shadow Jump. While in dim light or darkness, you can use your action to force each creature of your choice within 5 feet of you to succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier) or take 2d12 + your Constitution modifier necrotic damage. This damage increases when you reach 11th level (3d12) and 17th level (4d12). You then teleport, along with anything you are wearing or carrying and up to one creature you have grappled if that creature is also in dim light or darkness, to an unoccupied space you can see within 60 feet of you that is also in dim light or darkness. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
