Improved Hellish Rebuke

You tap into your infernal lineage and gain the ability to control your Hellish Rebuke better. 

For every level of spell slot you choose to consume, your Hellish Rebuke is cast at level 2 + each level of spell slot. Hellish Rebuke now continues to burn for a number of turns equal to your DEX modifier until the creature saves against the spells save DC.
