Unseen Force: Thanatos

Life and death has had a profound effect on you through recent and past effects. Your spirit reflects this. When manifesting it, your stand appears as Thanatos, the guardian spirit of Death. It's tombstone-like wings float above it, attached to chains. In addition, when manifested, as translucent chain connects the user and the spirit together. 

It gains the ability: Aspect of the Reaper

• While your spirit is manifested, you cannot move away from it past 20ft. When a creature passes through the chain, attaching you to the spirit, they regain hitpoints equal to your intelligence modifier. A creature can only benefit from this effect once per long rest. 

As an action, you can select a creature within 30ft of you, one of two effects happen: (See actions).

4th level:

Upon reaching fourth level, your spirit has grown, representing your growth as a person. When getting this feature, you can do the following:

• On your turn, as a bonus or main action, you are able to manifest your spirit, this can be anywhere within 5ft of your character. Your spirit is able to enter the same space as other creatures, but if it does not move at the beginning of your turn it disappears. If the user goes unconscious, the spirit also disappears.
• Spirits cannot be perceived unless a creature has true-sight, and any attempts to interact with a spirit (attacking, grappling, etc.) will be done with disadvantage. An alternative to having true sight would be having this feature.
• If a spirit takes damage, the user will take an amount equal to that done to the spirit. Your spirit will also share your statistics for the sake of saving throws.
• Spirits are resistant to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage. A spirit takes normal damage from magical effects.

While your spirit is manifested, you cannot move away from it past 20ft. When a creature passes through the silken rope tying you to the clock, they regain hitpoints equal to your intelligence modifier. A creature can only benefit from this effect once per long rest.
