Genasi Noble

You have inherited greater control over your Genasi element due to being the child of a Noble Genie. This ability allows you to add your Charisma modifier to your spells that share your element. You can also cast each of the following spells once with this ability: create bonfire, pyrotechnics, and scorching ray. You regain the ability to cast these spells when you finish a long rest.

Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells, and you cast them at their lowest possible levels.
