Oni Heritage (Ogre (Oni) only)

The blood of the Oni runs strongly within you, granting you additional advantages. 

• You gain a +1 on your Strength score. 
• If you are a Red Ogre, then you may use your racial Enlarge/Reduce spell to enlarge yourself at will instead. You may remain in this form indefinitely,  or until you end it as a bonus action.
• If you are a Blue Ogre, then you may use your racial spells and features twice before you have to regain them by finishing a rest. In addition their duration is doubled, and you may add double your proficiency bonus to the spell save DC of your Disguise Self spell.
