Passively, your strength is increased by 2, and you have an advantage on strength checks and saving throws. You also can be considered a large creature for carrying capacity.
Actively, you can spend 1 aura charge to imbue yourself with untold strength, utilizing Atlas Might, allowing you to add double your strength modifier to weapon attacks that use strength. You can spend 2 aura charges to utilize Titan's Spirit and auto-succeed on strength-saving throws or ability checks.
